Pure Jill Dip-Dyed Ikat Dress

It’s officially dress season. We dip-dyed our cotton ikat dress for a dramatic splash of fresh color at the hem. It has a V-neckline, smocked bodice and subtle shirring at the waist to create a feminine shape, while the skirt adds plenty of movement. Partially lined.
